Terms of Sale.
a. Description of Goods. awomansgoodnight.com offers high quality original fiction Audiofiles designed to appeal to a woman's tastes, available for purchase and digital download in mp3 format. Our Sudiofiles run approxiamtely from 10 to 30 minutes.
b. Prices. Currently all Audiofiles offered on awomansgoodnight.com are individually priced between $2.95 and $6.95 USD. awomansgoodnight.com reservses the right to change prices for Products offered on our web-site at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
c. Payment Method. awomansgoodnight.com accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards from any jurisdiction. Billing you credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If your purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction isnot accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment card.
d. Gifts. Gifts may be purchased and redeemed only by a dsignated recipient. Gifts are non-refundable.
e. Delivery of Product. Audiofile downloads begin immediately upon payment approval and confirmation. On occasion, technical problems may delay or prevent delivery of your digital Audiofile. Your exclusive and sole remedy with rspect to Product that is not delivered withing a reasonable period will be replacement of such Product. Please contact info@awomansgoodnight.com if download problems occur.
f. Cancellation Policy. All Sales are final. The service of awomansgoodnight.com commences immediately when you begin to download audiofiles and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences.
g. Age Requirements. Access to this Site and its products is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.
h. Objectionable Material. You understand that by using the Service or Purchasing Products, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Service at your sole risk and that awomansgoodnight.com shall have no liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
